      • Inspect all items upon arrival, including gifts, as claims for damaged items must be made promptly.

      • Package the item securely in its original packaging.
      • Ship the item to the address provided by our team via email.
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

    3. Return Shipping Costs:

      • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
      • Using a trackable shipping service is recommended, as Crochet Dreams is not liable for items lost during return transit.

    4. Refunds:

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is verified.
      • Refunds are subject to applicable processing fees. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
      • Exchanges do not incur additional charges.

    5. Order Cancellations:

      • Cancellations are subject to a 5% bank processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
      • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing them.

    7. Missed Special Occasions:

      • Returns for missed occasions will follow our standard return process.

    8. Missing Parcels:

      • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately.
      • We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange for compensation or reshipment.
      • Refunds are not provided for lost items caused by postal service errors.
