Delivery Details

Failed Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, the absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. This includes shipping and any other additional charges, which will be deducted from your order refund.

Items Not Received but Marked as Delivered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the postal service.
